Currently a Gold 2 Omen main, plays Viper on certain maps, and Chamber on Lotus.
I've been wanting to pick up Chamber lately, I feel like he's much more suited for my playstyle and I play better as him. I want to know, is he viable as a solo queue agent in this meta?

Why is killjoy getting nerfed constantly?
Playing around with statistics trackers like blitz and [tracker.gg](https://tracker.gg) it looks like jett, reyna, sage, omen, raze are all picked more frequently for the majority of ranks.

Patch 3.09 not out for SEA region?
It's usually out and ready at this time for update, but right now, it isn't. Is it supposed to be that way?
