I found this on the website after a friend told me, haven't seen it on this sub yet.
And does he really have it?
Its only on the us site, so probably only on the us servers if it does exist.

I've had quite a few smurfs in gold and been trying really hard to get out but it's just impossible with all the level 7 account smurfs. Playing in the OCE region so just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Getting pretty frust...
