You can just spam aim train to rank up (at least to gold)

For those low ELO who are stuck in bronze and silver (or even iron) it's okay to just focus on mechanics, crosshair placement and raw aim until you're high gold.

And here are some of the best training (both aim lab and in-game practices like the range)

  • Deathmatch, a lot of players are playing it wrong; you are not playing to win, you are playing to improve your weakness. Unbind crouch, aim for headshot, take your time (it's okay to die, you'll respawn anyways)

  • Gridshot (ultimate and speed, precision is kinda eh but not that bad), you all should stop focusing on this overrated mode on Aim lab; it doesn't matter if you can spam 11k on gridshot, the targets are too big, which will just improve your macro adjustment/ big flicks, those are unnecessary if you play the game correctly (crosshair placement > raw aim, especially macro-flicks)

  • Hard bot (in the practice range) Accuracy > speed. It's that simple, instead of vandal spamming hard bot and get like 14 kills. Try turn the difficulty down to medium (or easy). Speed and flicks are good, but they'll come later. You start focusing on accuracy then try to speed up while maintaining the same accuracy.

  • Decision shot (Aim lab) this is kind of underated, it won't help with accuracy or flicks but it'll surely help with reaction time and decisions making (of course) Have you ever peeked into 2 enemies and ended up shooting in the middle, hitting none of them because you were panicked and can't decide where to aim. If that's you, Decision shot is a must.

  • Headshot (Aim lab) Yep, as simple as the name. Yet very effective to train flicking while maintaining head level. (It's just like flicking from one enemy's head to another's)

  • Sixshot. Please, for God's sake; Stop. Spamming. Left click. It's okay to be slow, try to maintain 90% accuracy on this. I know it's hard, those targets are really small but triple clicking, trying to hit it, won't improve your aim. Personally, sixshot is one of the best aimlab exercises. Just do it, grind sixshot for like 5 hours a day and that's a garunteed crispy aim.

P.S. these are from my personal experiences (by playing, watching my friend's gameplay and also tons of educational valorant guide I've watched)

Thanks for reading, I hope you all reach your goal rank, and happy climbing!
