You must win 3 unrated games before playing comp?

I've been playing valorant since beta and have around 400 comp wins, I'm immortal this act and I login today and it's asking to play these unrated games?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Is it me or are Sage's steps weirdly VERY quiet here? I didn't even realise she was on me, can discern something at the beginning but not when she's running through the doorway.
