I noticed that when I'm in the range training my aim, my arm was always pretty much straight in front of me and I was getting decent flicks and picks, scoring pretty decent.
However, when I got in game, I would start scanning rooms, clearing angles, etc. and my arm position would be way off. Flicks from these angles were something I hadn't been training, so my aim was all fucked.
It wasn't until I thought about it, and made fixes to always keep my arm straight that I started to see my accuracy go up.
