Dodge rates on fracture are too damn high..
On SEA servers and haven't been able to play competitive with fracture for almost a week.. Gets dodged everytime.. Same used to happen when breeze released.. Come on man you can't just not play a map coz it's new.. All have a similar handic...

Jett and Phoenix are the only agents with actual passives in the game, and that should change. (With a few suggestions).
Per title. In case you don't know Jett's is her glide while midair, and Phoenix's is that his molly and wall heal him. Phoenix's isn't listed on the wiki officially, but I think it's supposed to be a passive.
