Agent keybinds ETA?

Hello, I wonder if there was any news about agent specific keybinds? I remember back in april devs were talking about this being one of priorities back then but they were quiet about this for now.

Riot needs to add a vote kick feature really badly

I know people say it will be abused but they can disable it for groups of 3 or more. I have had 3 people deranking and two intentionally throw our of my last 10 games and it really ruins the experience. Almost no one wants to play a 4v5 but...
