Riot hasn’t touched cypher for the past year or more, and yet just a few weeks ago I’ve been seeing a cypher nearly every game now.

Title says it all , would love to be able to watch replays to see if the people I suspect are cheating are actually cheating . I think it would scare a lot of hackers off in my opinion.
