Are Cypher's trapwires re-activated after him revive by Sage?

Yeah, because in patch 1.11 Cypher's trapwires after his death are launched off.
So after reviving Cypher by Sage trapwires will be activated again?
Guys, I have no clue...

I’ve been stuck silver 3-gold 3 for almost 2 years now.

I’ve climbed to gold 1 in 2020 but since then I haven’t climbed above gold 3 and I feel like I haven’t improved. I have little motivation to play and I only play with friends. Are there any tips to get me out of this elo? (tacocat#tacos)
