Character ban phase before character selection?

Just gauging an idea I batted around; who thinks that a two character ban for both teams reminiscent of rainbow six siege. Both teams can ban one character each; those characters are not available for the entire game regardless of attack or defense.

13 straight losses to end the act

Love this game....went from being D1 most of the act to lose 13 straight ending up in G3. Not even sure how thats possible but game thought it was time to give me bots as teammates. One day I'll be amazing next day I'll be shit.
