Watching a lot of educational content, it seems like there are multiple people who went from silver/gold all the way up to radiant in a very short amount of time, which they cite to improve their credibility. But if anything it just makes me feel discouraged if there are other people who improve so much in a tiny amount of time like that. I feel like the average person will take that time to just go up one or two divisions, let alone four whole ranks. Even just in raw aim/crosshair placement I feel like there's no way to develop those skills that quickly.
