Found this glowing symbol on Breeze and it doesn't appear to be a spray

I found it in the same spot on Breeze defender side across multiple rounds. It didn't disappear when the round started like sprays. Does anyone know what it is?

Seems to be some sort of glowing sun

Still in the same spot in the next round
