If you have a teammate with flash, should they flash upon jett dash (flash projectile is behind jett) in or before jett dashes in?

So Sage's revive is a movement where her hand is swished upwards, similar to earth-bending. On that basis, we can see Sage lifts everybody's spirit going towards hell or from under the earth. Discuss.

I'm assuming its to make a more balanced experience, but is there a reason why there are like only 4 abilities that almost every character has just in different colours. The characters listed are just off the top of my head. 1) Flashbang....
