I don't really understand how qualifying for the global First Strike tournament works. Like on Valorant's YouTube, there is an NA open qualifier, NA closed qualifier, then there is a NA UMG closed qualifier, then we see Champions Tour? I'm just really confused about why there are so many parts of the First Strike Qualifiers. Are they different stages? What does open and closed mean? I really appreciate the feedback!

Chat bans are BAD. It's better going for a match ban or any ban at all.
Getting a chat banned teammate is getting a disadvantage. I prefere if Riot didn't ban at all, so I could decide if I want to mute or no.
There is literally no point on chat banning someone when you can already mute people.
