How to be great in duelist in valorant

I have play this game for so long but don’t have any confidence to play duelist in rank but in the normal game I usually play them so good. Did any one main duelist in high rank want to share mindset to me.

need a fix to this problem

i used to play only swiftplay and dm, until 2 days ago when i started playing comp. its like all my good habits dissapeared, i started crouching more, im aiming at the body and overall playing worse. how do i fix this?
