Seriously, I queue in for comp, and I shit-you-not-- multiple times a day there's someone sitting in spawn jumping around, refusing to play, or holding spike hostage. I can't even alt f4 after they refuse to FF because I would seriously get a long ass queue lock.

Is there really anything Riot can do? Forfeit the game if enough reports are submitted or something? I know that can be abused, but at this point it's really boring playing a 25 minute long game that's un-playable because someone wants to de-rank so they feel superior to new players.
