Mumbai Server Ping Issue?

I've getting 70ms+ latency for the last week where I used to get 20ms constantly. I realise maybe it's because my ISP's server is located in New Delhi so maybe it's cause of that. I'm not sure if everyone's facing this same issue or not. Help!
