Hello guys, just wanted to share this image I've edited. Was walking along Orchard Road Singapore and randomly saw this Christmas installation outside a mall. It kinda looks like a Raze inspired decoration hence the edit. Happy holidays everyone!!! *Satchel out*

big frame drops on the newest patch 2.11
before the 2.11 patch my game was running smoothly on a 50 to 60 fps, i have a low-end pc and thats about it. since i have downloaded the 2.11 patch, my frames drop to 0 when i shoot a gun, anybody else shoots a gun, flicks, the game loads...

New dodge penalties
For science, I sacrificed some RR. My experience with the new penalties is:
4x 0 RR, 3min cooldown
3x -3RR, 3 min cooldown
3x -6RR, 5min cooldown
3x -10 RR, 10 min cooldown
3x -15 RR, 15min cooldown
after that always
\-20RR, 30 min c...
