Beginner player here. I am currently okay with phantom since I can spray and its easy to control recoil.

Is there an elo where people stop pestering teammates about skins?
Just the title basically. In Iron/Bronze it seems like every game there's a 12 y/o boy who will do anything to get your Prime Vandal including inting you when he doesn't get it. Does that ever stop or do I just have to comply??
