A Riot employee said in this post that they've been working hard on the problem but no other updates have been made recently. It's becoming a pretty big problem in games and im wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem and if there are any updates to this situation.

Premier is not designed for people who work full time but still want to play which really sucks
All of my friends work full time and getting all of us on right at 6cst will never happen. Last time, we started the queue at 6:55cst because bad traffic make a few of us get home late. We’ll most likely only get to play 1 game at that time...
