My PC runs valorant at 400 frames consistently, its hardwired to high speed internet. I constantly get low server fps warnings, as well as network error warnings as well as lagging around everywhere specifically at the start of matches. Opening up valorant takes like 3 or 4 tries and that's after I sit there clicking the shortcut over and over again (waiting in between not spamming it). Any explanations? All settings on low as well.

It's also freezing at the start of matches and takes a really long time to load in.

Edit: just tried opening it it's been blackscreened for 5 minutes and wont let me alt f4/open task manager.
