Honestly IMO it doesn't really matter, but from a game design perspective it doesn't make sense to me that the rifle better for one tapping to have worse accuracy when going for a one tap. if the phantom is supposed to better for "spraying"...

Hear me out, Oni 2.0 bundle (if Riot will ever make it) should come with the new(reworked) Yoru. Imagine, Yoru got a new set of skills because he touched/met the mask of the Oni.
