Who is a good coach to watch Valorant?

Hey so I started playing Val yesterday, I'm getting shit on (no surprise).

When I started playing league in 2020, watching coaches like Neace and Zen helped me understand how to play the game, mechanically and macrowise.

Was wondering if there was an equivalent coach I could watch to get better at valorant, or at least to help guide me so I'm not just a headless chicken running and dying

Tell me your top 3 Phantom skins

Which skins on Phantom do you think are the best for you? As for me, I would probably say: RGX, SPECTRUM, Reaver 2.0. I don't know which one is the best tho, but these 3 are probably my favorite.
