Give us something to care about working towards on our account. No one gives a dam about the rank triangle, it is terrible. Make leveling matter and give us a long term goals to work towards on our own account. Add features that promote account worth.

This does not mean only adding cosmetics either. Hard walls into ranked play based on account level, getting rid of the free agent buy and adding a weekly agent rotation, account verification for ranked play. All of these things would reduce smurfs and add value onto main accounts.
