A lot of players lose their games, not because of lack of skill or their opponents being better.. but simply due to mental barriers such as being unable to recover from a mistake they made (e.g. missed a shot or failed to clutch), or getting triggered by voice com or chat.. Have you encountered such mental barriers?

How to treat hand aches ?
I am a low sensi player and after playing for 2 hours ,my hand hurts (a little bit). As a result I become inconsistent. Can anyone suggest me how to overcome this besides changing my sensi ? Is there any exercise I should do before hopping...
