why cypher ult and reyna heal do not work in shooting range ?
i tried spike defuse and spike plant modes in shooting range (training mode) reyna dismiss and heal do not work, cypher ult does not work. skye ult does not work. when will they update ?

I just started playing this game. It's really fun and good but I have a question about the abilities.
I'm assuming its to make a more balanced experience, but is there a reason why there are like only 4 abilities that almost every character has just in different colours. The characters listed are just off the top of my head.
