I really don't understand how to utilize operators. When I try slowly aiming, I get gunned down because I take my time to ensure my crosshair is on their body. If I flick onto them, I always miss, probably because I flick too far.

Idk how to explain, but the nosel is aimed in an off angle which makes aiming really weird.
