With Chamber being pushed out of the "Cypher Power Creep" role, it seems as good a time as any to look at changing Cypher to push him further into his role. I am going to suggest a small rework for him.

Exactly what is the use of bulldog and stinger, why will I prefer them over their counterpart guns?
I understand the usage situations of each other guns in valorant but don't see any situation where i would prefer a bulldog over spectre and stinger over... Anything??
